1、 Contract signing overview

(hereinafter referred to as “Anhui carbon Xin”) officially signed the announcement of EPC contract of carbon Xin Technology methanol comprehensive utilization project excluding ethanol combined unit (hereinafter referred to as “the contract”).
The contract shall come into force after being signed by representatives of both parties and affixed with official seals or special seals for contract; The subject matter of this contract is that the company, as the contractor, is responsible for the engineering design, procurement, construction, single machine commissioning, mechanical completion and all works before the intermediate handover of the above methanol comprehensive utilization project except the ethanol combined unit; The total contract price including tax is RMB 1698189959, and the intermediate handover time of the device is October 18, 2023.

3、 Main terms of the contract
1. Effectiveness of the contract: the contract shall come into force after the representatives of both parties sign and affix the official seal or special seal for contract. If the time of signature and seal of both parties is inconsistent, the date of signature and seal of the last party shall prevail.
2. Project content and scale: the project takes the methanol from the existing methanol project of Anhui carbon Xin as the raw material, supporting the pulverized coal gasification unit to produce syngas, and separate CO and H2. After carbonylation and hydrogenation, it forms an annual output of 600000 tons of ethanol. The units of the project include but are not limited to coal gasification unit, purification unit, gas separation unit, ethanol unit and supporting public and auxiliary works required to realize the process of the project.
3. Construction site: Linhuan Industrial Park, Hancun Town, Suixi County, Huaibei City, Anhui Province.
4. Scope of work: the company is responsible for the engineering design, procurement and construction of all processes, general drawings, static equipment, dynamic equipment, pipelines, civil engineering (structure / building), etc. within the contract battery limit (excluding ethanol combined unit) and medium pipeline works outside the battery limit, and all work before the overall handover of the unit, as well as single machine commissioning All work from mechanical completion to intermediate handover, and provide technical guidance, support services and project defect elimination to Anhui carbon Xin in the stages of linkage commissioning, commissioning, start-up and performance assessment; At the same time, it undertakes the coordination work of the general sports institute.
5. Contract price and payment: the contract price is a fixed total price.
