On November 9, 2020, Shanghai Lisheng Racing Co.Ltd(002858) received the reply on approving Shanghai Lisheng Racing Co.Ltd(002858) non-public development of shares (zjxk [2020] No. 2841) issued by China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as “CSRC”), and approved the company’s non-public A-share issuance plan.
