Infotmic Co.Ltd(000670) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) received the inquiry letter on the annual report of Infotmic Co.Ltd(000670) 2021 (annual report inquiry letter of the company Department [2022] No. 3) (hereinafter referred to as “the inquiry letter”) issued by the management department of listed companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “the Shenzhen Stock Exchange”) on February 16, 2022, The company is required to make a written explanation on the issues involved in the inquiry letter, disclose the relevant explanatory materials to the public and submit them to the management department of listed companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange before February 23, 2022.
