The current bonds are divided into two varieties. The term of variety I is 3 years and the term of variety II is 5 years. Finally, the full amount is transferred back to variety I. The issuance scale of variety I is RMB 2.2 billion, with a coupon rate of 2.95%. After the registration of this issue of bonds is completed, it is planned to be listed and traded bilaterally on the centralized bidding system and comprehensive agreement trading platform of Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
