Announcement on the extension of the term of office of some senior managers of the company

Gch Technology Co.Ltd(688625) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) held the 14th meeting of the second board of directors on February 23, 2022. The meeting deliberated and adopted the proposal on extending the term of office of some senior managers of the company. Mr. Tong Jiaqi, the general manager of the company, Mr. Zhao Wenlin, the chief engineer of the company, Mr. Tang Weifeng, the deputy general manager and Mr. Zhang Xuexiang, the deputy general manager, were originally appointed from February 28, 2019 to February 27, 2022. They agreed to extend the term of appointment of the above senior managers of the company to the expiration of the term of office of the second board of directors.
In order to ensure the continuity of the company’s daily management, during the extension of the term of office of the company’s senior managers, the relevant senior managers will continue to perform their corresponding duties and obligations in strict accordance with relevant laws, regulations and the articles of association.
