Shanghai Aladdin Biochemical Technology Co.Ltd(688179) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) has recently received the certificate of high tech enterprise jointly issued by Shanghai Municipal Commission of science and technology, Shanghai Municipal Bureau of finance, the State Administration of Taxation and Shanghai Municipal Bureau of taxation. The certificate number is gr202131000238, issued on October 9, 2021 and valid for three years.
This is the re recognition after the expiration of the original high-tech enterprise certificate of the company. According to the provisions of the enterprise income tax law of the people’s Republic of China, the regulations for the implementation of the enterprise income tax law of the people’s Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations, The company will continue to enjoy relevant preferential policies for high-tech enterprises for three consecutive years (i.e. from 2021 to 2023) after being re recognized as a high-tech enterprise, and pay enterprise income tax at the tax rate of 15%.
