Announcement on the election of the convener of the board of supervisors
The board of supervisors and all supervisors of the company guarantee that there are no false records, misleading statements or major omissions in the contents of this announcement, and bear individual and joint liabilities for the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of its contents. For personal reasons, Mr. Wang Shihong no longer holds the post of supervisor and chairman of the board of supervisors of Ling Yun Industrial Corporation Limited(600480) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”). According to the relevant provisions of the company law, the change of supervisors will not cause the number of members of the company’s board of supervisors to be lower than the quorum and will not affect the normal operation of the company’s board of supervisors.
After deliberation and approval at the 17th meeting of the 7th board of supervisors of the company, it is agreed to elect Mr. Sun Yufeng as the convener of the 7th board of supervisors of the company until the company elects a new chairman of the board of supervisors.
