Guangdong Provincial Expressway Development Co.Ltd(000429) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received the notice of Guangdong Provincial Department of transportation on matters related to the disposal of Guangzhou Foshan expressway toll expiration (yjyh [2022] No. 24) issued by Guangdong Provincial Department of transportation. The main contents are as follows:
1. Guangfo Expressway will stop charging since 0:00 on March 3, 2022. The existing toll collection facilities will be retained and operate as usual in the way of zero rate. All vehicles passing through this section will be exempted from vehicle tolls, and vehicle tolls of other sections will be charged on behalf of others.
2. After the suspension of toll collection, Guangfo Expressway Co., Ltd. will continue to be responsible for the management and maintenance of Guangfo Expressway.
