Announcement on resignation of directors and deputy general managers

The board of directors of Shandong Lukang Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd(600789) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received the resignation report submitted by Mr. Liu Songqiang, a director and deputy general manager of the company. Mr. Liu Songqiang applied for resignation as a director, deputy general manager, member of the strategy committee and Audit Committee of the 10th board of directors of the company for personal reasons. After his resignation, he will no longer hold any position in the company.
According to the company law, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, after Mr. Liu Songqiang resigned, the number of the board of directors of the company was not lower than the legal minimum, which would not affect the normal operation of the board of directors. His resignation report came into force from the date of delivery to the board of directors. The company will elect new directors as soon as possible in accordance with legal procedures.
