Announcement on changing the accountant signing the annual report

Angel Yeast Co.Ltd(600298) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) held the 25th meeting of the 8th board of directors on March 24, 2021. The meeting deliberated and adopted the proposal on renewing the appointment of Daxin Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) as the financial audit institution of the company in 2021. The company reappoints Daxin Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) (hereinafter referred to as Daxin) as the company’s 2021 financial audit institution for one year. The proposal has been deliberated and approved by the company’s 2020 annual general meeting of shareholders.
The company recently received the notice on changing the signing accountant of Angel Yeast Co.Ltd(600298) 2021 annual report sent by Daxin, and now announces the relevant information as follows:
1、 Change of signature CPA
As the auditor of the company’s financial statements and internal control in 2021, Daxin originally appointed Wu Zhichao (project partner) and Chen Quanxiu as the signing certified public accountants to provide audit services for the company. Wu Zhichao no longer served as the signing CPA due to job adjustment. Chen Quanxiu resigned from Daxin due to personal job change and no longer served as the signing CPA. In order to complete the company’s 2021 annual audit on time and better cooperate with the information disclosure of the company’s 2021 annual report, Ding Hongyuan and Li Zhengping are appointed as the signed certified public accountants after the change according to the work arrangement of Daxin. 2、 Resume, independence and integrity of the certified public accountant signing this change (I) resume information

Li Zhengping, a certified public accountant, joined Daxin certified public accountants in June 2014 and has been providing audit services for the company since 2014. He has rich experience in securities services and has not worked part-time in other units; He has undertaken securities businesses such as IPO of relevant companies, annual report audit of listed companies, bond issuance audit, major asset audit and so on.

Ding Hongyuan and Li Zheng did not hold or buy or sell the company’s shares on average, and there was no violation of the independence requirements of the code of professional ethics for Chinese certified public accountants. In the last three years, they have not been subject to criminal punishment, administrative punishment, administrative supervision measures and self-discipline punishment, and have not been found to have bad credit records.
