Basic information: Angel Yeast Co.Ltd(600298) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) submitted an application for non-public offering of shares on the main board to the Council on December 23, 2021 and was accepted on December 28, 2021. Before this change, the signing accountants were Wu Zhichao and Chen Quanxiu, and now it is proposed to change to Ding Hongyuan and Li Zhengping.
Reason for change: Wu Zhichao (the signing accountant before the change) no longer serves as the signing certified public accountant of the project due to work adjustment. Chen Quanxiu (the signing accountant before the change) resigned from Daxin Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) due to personal work change and no longer serves as the signing certified public accountant of the project. After Daxin Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) informed and negotiated with the company, it was decided to replace the signing accountant. Ding Hongyuan and Li Zhengping of Daxin Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) served as the signing accountants of the company’s non-public offering of shares.

Li Zhengping, a Chinese certified public accountant, began to engage in listing audit business in 2014 and became a Chinese certified public accountant in 2021. He has many years of experience in listing audit service, and the certificate number of certified public accountant is 110101410949.
The company agrees to the above changes.
