Announcement on resignation of directors and general manager
The company and all members of the board of directors guarantee that the information disclosed is true, accurate and complete without false records, misleading statements or major omissions.
The board of directors of Mcc Meili Cloud Computing Industry Investment Co.Ltd(000815) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) received the written resignation report submitted by Mr. Ren Lin, director and general manager of the company on February 22, 2022. Due to work reasons, Mr. Ren Lin applied to resign as a director and general manager of the company. According to the relevant provisions of the company law and the articles of association, his resignation report shall take effect from the date when it is delivered to the board of directors. After leaving office, Mr. Lin will no longer hold any position in the company. As of the announcement date, Mr. Ren Lin did not hold shares of the company.
The resignation of Mr. Lin will not affect the normal work of the company. In order to ensure the smooth development of the work of the board of directors, the company will complete the by election of directors and the appointment of the general manager as soon as possible in accordance with legal procedures.
