Brief description of the case that Jinzhai Xinbao forestry comprehensive development Co., Ltd. believes that the company takes back Chuzhou Creative Park
The measures related to power operation constitute a breach of contract and bring a lawsuit to the people’s Court of Jinzhai County.
1. The defendant was ordered to restore the park’s compliant sightseeing and entertainment facilities that had been stopped without authorization; 2.
