Announcement on resignation of directors

The board of directors of Qinghai Salt Lake Industry Co.Ltd(000792) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received a written resignation report submitted by the director Ms. Zhang Ping. Due to her personal work arrangement, Ms. Zhang Ping proposed to resign as a director of the eighth board of directors of the company. After resignation, Ms. Zhang Ping will not hold any position in the company.
According to the relevant provisions of the company law and the articles of association, Ms. Zhang Ping’s resignation report will take effect when it is delivered to the board of directors (the resignation of the director will not cause the board of directors to be lower than the minimum quorum). The board of directors of the company will complete the re-election of directors as soon as possible in accordance with the relevant provisions.
