On February 21, 2022, the seventh meeting of the Fifth Board of directors and the seventh meeting of the Fifth Board of supervisors deliberated and adopted the proposal on adjusting the list of incentive objects reserved and granted in the 2019 stock option incentive plan, the number of options and canceling some options. Authorized by the company’s first extraordinary general meeting in 2019, the board of directors of the company, in accordance with the measures for the administration of equity incentive of listed companies and relevant provisions of the company, Cancel all the stock options granted but not exercised by 11 resignation incentive objects and some stock options granted but not exercised by 8 persons who failed to meet the performance appraisal in 2020 (the cancellation proportion is determined according to the performance appraisal results).
