The third board of directors of China Railway Signal & Communication Corporation Limited(688009) (hereinafter referred to as ” China Railway Signal & Communication Corporation Limited(688009) ” company “) has expired for three years on August 27, 2021. According to the company law and other laws and regulations and the articles of association, Mr. Zhou Zhiliang, Mr. Xu Zongxiang, Mr. Yang Yongsheng Mr. Guo Yonghong is a non independent director candidate of the Fourth Board of directors of the company.
