New metro Global Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Metro global"), an overseas subsidiary of Seazen Holdings Co.Ltd(601155) (hereinafter referred to as "the company"), completed the overseas issuance of unsecured fixed rate bonds with a total amount of US $200 million on June 20, 2018. The company provided unconditional and irrevocable joint and several liability guarantee, For details, please refer to the announcement of the company on the issuance of overseas US dollar bonds by overseas wholly-owned subsidiaries (Announcement No.: 2018-052). In order to promote the long-term and stable development of the company, based on the confidence in its own value and future development, and in combination with the current actual operation and financial situation, Xincheng global redeems the above US dollar bonds in advance and cancels them. During the reporting period of bond redemption, investors reported USD 159508000 in total. The company has paid the principal and accrued unpaid interest according to the original price of the bonds on February 18, 2022, and cancelled the redeemed us dollar bonds on the same day in accordance with relevant regulations and bond terms. As of the date of this announcement, the remaining principal of this US dollar bond is US $40492000, and the company will repay the principal and interest on March 20, 2022.
