Announcement on the resignation of the person in charge of Finance
The company and all members of the board of directors guarantee that the information disclosed is true, accurate and complete without false records, misleading statements or major omissions.
The board of directors of XueDa (Xiamen) Education Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received a written resignation report submitted by the financial director, Ms. Wang Ye. Ms. Wang Ye resigned as the financial director of the company for personal reasons. After her resignation, Ms. Wang Ye will no longer hold any position in the company and its holding subsidiaries. In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations and the articles of association, Ms. Wang Ye’s resignation report shall take effect from the date of delivery to the board of directors. As of the date of this announcement, Ms. Wang Ye does not hold shares of the company, nor does she have any commitments that should be fulfilled but not fulfilled.
The company will appoint a new person in charge of finance as soon as possible in accordance with relevant regulations. During this period, Mr. Wu Shengwu, the chairman and legal representative of the company, will temporarily act as the person in charge of finance.
The board of directors of the company expressed heartfelt thanks to Ms. Wang Ye for her contributions during her tenure.
