1、 Meetings of the board of directors
The 33rd meeting of the 5th board of directors of Shenzhen Topraysolar Co.Ltd(002218) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) was held on February 18, 2022 in conference room 803, building a, Xiangnian Plaza, Qiaoxiang Road, Nanshan District, Shenzhen by on-site and communication. The notice of the meeting was notified to all directors, supervisors and senior managers in writing and by telephone on February 14, 2022. 9 directors shall attend the meeting, and 9 directors actually participate in the meeting and vote. The supervisors and senior managers of the company attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates. The convening and convening of the meeting shall comply with the relevant provisions of the company law of the people’s Republic of China and the articles of association.
