(hereinafter referred to as “Huai’an ed”) held by the company to the subsidiary Sichuan Bafang tengtai Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Bafang tengtai”) at the audited book net assets of 33625304.11 yuan on December 31, 2020. Recently, Huai’an aide has completed the industrial and commercial change registration procedures and obtained a new business license.
The registered items of shareholder changes are as follows:
Before shareholder change: Simei Media Co.Ltd(002712) holds 100% equity of Huai’an aide and Bafang tengtai respectively.
After shareholder change: Huai’an aide is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bafang tengtai and Simei Media Co.Ltd(002712) holds 100% equity of Bafang tengtai.
