Announcement on the resignation of deputy general manager and Secretary of the board of directors

Shenzhen Tiandi (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received a written resignation report submitted by Mr. Liu genghao, deputy general manager and Secretary of the board of directors of the company. Mr. Liu genghao resigned as deputy general manager and Secretary of the board of directors of the company for personal reasons Executive director of the subsidiary Xi’an Millennium International Real Estate Co., Ltd. and director of Jiangsu Lianyungang Port Co.Ltd(601008) Tiandi Jingwei Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. Mr. Liu genghao’s resignation report shall take effect from the date when it is delivered to the board of directors of the company. After his resignation, Mr. Liu genghao will no longer hold any position in the company.
As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Liu genghao does not hold shares of the company and there are no other commitments that should be fulfilled but not fulfilled. During his tenure in the company, Mr. Liu genghao was scrupulous and diligent, and played an important role in the company’s information disclosure and standardized governance.
