Lvjing Holding Co.Ltd(000502) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) received the attention letter on Lvjing Holding Co.Ltd(000502) issued by Shenzhen Stock Exchange on January 29, 2022 (company Department attention letter [2022] No. 90, hereinafter referred to as “the attention letter”), requiring the company to make a written explanation on the issues described in the attention letter and submit relevant explanatory materials before February 11, 2022.
After receiving the letter of concern, the company actively carried out relevant work. After applying to Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the company disclosed the announcement on delaying the reply to the letter of concern of Shenzhen Stock Exchange (Announcement No.: 2022-005) on February 12, 2022.
In view of the matters involved need to be further supplemented and improved, after applying to Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the company expects to complete the reply to the letter of concern no later than February 25, 2022 (including February 25).
