(hereinafter referred to as “Guizhou Donghua”), the holding subsidiary of the company, has been determined as the first bid winning candidate for the EPC project of 100kt / a battery ammonium dihydrogen phosphate project of Yunnan Sanhuan Sinochem chemical fertilizer Co., Ltd. The controlling shareholder is Yunnan Yuntianhua Co.Ltd(600096) Group Co., Ltd. and the actual controller is the state owned assets supervision and Administration Commission of Yunnan Provincial People’s government.
