China International Capital Corporation Limited(601995) as the sponsor of the company’s initial public offering and listing on the science and Innovation Board (hereinafter referred to as “initial listing”), Mr. Cao Yu and Mr. Sun yuan were originally appointed as the sponsor representatives during the continuous supervision period of initial listing. Now China International Capital Corporation Limited(601995) is employed again as the sponsor of issuing shares to specific objects in Ucloud Technology Co.Ltd(688158) 2020, China International Capital Corporation Limited(601995) appoints Mr. Cao Yu Mr. Ma Qiang is the sponsor representative of the project.
