On September 18, 2021, the company received the notice of the CSRC on the first feedback on the examination of administrative licensing projects (No. 212363) issued by the CSRC. The company submitted the relevant documents of the feedback to the CSRC on October 18, 2021. On December 6, 2021, China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the letter on request to make preparations for the Xiamen Port Development Co.Ltd(000905) non-public development bank stock issuance and examination committee meeting. The company submitted the relevant documents of the reply to the letter on preparation for the issuance and examination committee meeting to China Securities Regulatory Commission on December 27, 2021.

After meeting the conditions for submitting the application for resumption of examination, the company applied to the CSRC for resumption of the examination of the issue on January 27, 2022. On February 17, 2022, the company received the notice of China Securities Regulatory Commission on the resumption of examination of administrative license application (No. 212363) issued by China Securities Regulatory Commission. According to the relevant provisions of the provisions on the implementation procedures of administrative license of China Securities Regulatory Commission, China Securities Regulatory Commission decided to resume the examination of the company’s issuance application.
