On February 17, 2022, Guangdong No.2 Hydropower Engineering Company Ltd(002060) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) received the letter of acceptance from Aksu development and Reform Commission of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, The letter of acceptance confirms that the company is the bid winner of the second batch of photovoltaic power generation projects in Aksu Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in 2021 (bid section I of Wushi county) (Project No.: 2021-xjzyxm-008). According to the bidding documents, the installed capacity of the project is 100000 kW. The photovoltaic power generation project in each bid section is configured with an energy storage scale of not less than 15% of the installed capacity, and the energy storage duration at rated power is not less than 3 hours. The company will do a good job in the feasibility study of the project, carry out investment and construction after fulfilling the company’s approval procedures, and fulfill the corresponding information disclosure obligations.
