Announcement on account cancellation of raised funds

1、 Basic information of raised funds account
With the approval of the reply on Approving the initial public offering of shares by Yong’an Futures Co., Ltd. (zjxk [2021] No. 3336) issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Yong’an Futures Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “company”) issued 14555556 RMB ordinary shares (A shares) for the initial public offering at a price of 17.97 yuan per share. The total amount of funds raised by the company is RMB 2615633341.32, the amount of funds raised after deducting the underwriting fee is RMB 2532614473.40, and the net amount of funds raised after deducting the audit fee and other issuance expenses is RMB 2507222204.00. Tianjian Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) verified the newly increased registered capital and paid in share capital of the company’s public offering of new shares, and issued the capital verification report (tianjianyan [2021] No. 728) on December 14, 2021.
2、 Account opening of raised funds account
In accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the requirements of self regulatory guidelines for listed companies on Shanghai Stock Exchange No. 1 – standardized operation, the company has opened special accounts for raised funds in Bank Of Communications Co.Ltd(601328) Zhejiang branch, China Merchants Bank Co.Ltd(600036) Hangzhou branch and Bank Of Shanghai Co.Ltd(601229) Hangzhou branch respectively, and cooperated with the sponsor China Securities Co.Ltd(601066) Caitong Securities Co.Ltd(601108) and the above banks signed the tripartite supervision agreement on the storage of special account for raised funds respectively. The opening and initial deposit of the raised funds account are as follows:

3、 Use and cancellation of raised funds account
As of February 16, 2022, the company’s initial raised funds have fully supplemented the company’s capital, and the balance of the raised funds account is 0.
Since the raised capital account will no longer be used, the company has completed the cancellation procedures of the above-mentioned raised capital account. The tripartite supervision agreement on the storage of special account for raised funds signed by the company with China Securities Co.Ltd(601066) , Caitong Securities Co.Ltd(601108) and relevant banks shall be terminated accordingly.
