1、 Introduction to the background of suspension
On February 14, the company received a notice from the actual controller, Mr. Zhang Yongming, that it was planning the transfer of the company’s control right with the controlling shareholder of the company and China Chongqing Changan Automobile Company Limited(000625) Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the counterparty). Upon application, the trading of the company’s shares will be suspended for two trading days from the opening of the market on February 15 (Tuesday), and will continue to be suspended for no more than three trading days from February 17. For details, please refer to the relevant announcements disclosed by the company on February 15 and February 17.
2、 Terminate planning for change of control and resume trading
The company received a notice from Mr. Zhang Yongming on February 17, saying that due to the failure to reach an agreement with the counterparty on the specific conditions of the transfer of control, Mr. Zhang Yongming decided to terminate the planning of matters related to the change of control.
According to relevant rules, upon application to Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the trading of the company’s shares (stock abbreviation: Aotecar New Energy Technology Co.Ltd(002239) , stock code: 002239) will resume from the opening of the market on Friday, February 18, 2022.
