Focus Technology Co.Ltd(002315) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the meeting notice of the 16th meeting of the Fifth Board of supervisors was sent by e-mail on February 14, 2022, and the meeting was held on site on February 17, 2022. Three supervisors should be present at the meeting and three actually present. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Huang Liangfa, chairman of the board of supervisors. The convening and voting procedures of the meeting shall comply with the provisions of relevant laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, normative documents and the articles of association. After deliberation, the board of supervisors held that the company and its wholly-owned and holding subsidiaries used their own idle funds for investment and financial management and fulfilled the necessary approval procedures. At present, on the premise of ensuring the daily operation and R & D needs of the company and its wholly-owned and holding subsidiaries, the use of its own idle funds for investment and financial management is conducive to improving the use efficiency and income of the company’s funds, and there is no damage to the interests of the company and minority shareholders. Therefore, the board of supervisors agreed that the company and its wholly-owned and holding subsidiaries use their own idle funds of no more than 500 million yuan for low-risk investment and wealth management.
