According to the resolution of the 25th (Interim) meeting of the sixth board of directors of Ningbo Kangqiang Electronics Co.Ltd(002119) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”), I was nominated as the candidate for independent director of the seventh board of directors of the company. As of the date of issuing the notice of the company’s first extraordinary general meeting in 2022, I have not obtained the qualification certificate of independent director recognized by Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
In order to better perform the duties of independent directors, according to the relevant provisions of the rules for independent directors of listed companies, I promise that I will actively sign up for the latest independent director training and obtain the qualification certificate of independent directors recognized by Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
