Recently, Xiamen Intretech Inc(002925) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) received the certificate of high tech enterprise jointly issued by Xiamen science and Technology Bureau, Xiamen Finance Bureau and Xiamen Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of taxation. The certificate number is gr202135100575. The certificate was issued on November 3, 2021 and is valid for three years. The company was recognized as a national high-tech enterprise in 2012, with a validity period of three years; In June 2015, the company passed the review of the recognition of high-tech enterprises, which is valid for three years; In October 2018, the company passed the review of the recognition of high-tech enterprises, which is valid for three years. The recognition of this high-tech enterprise is a reexamination after the expiration of the original certificate. According to the relevant preferential tax policies of the state for high-tech enterprises, the company will continue to enjoy the preferential tax policy of levying enterprise income tax at the tax rate of 15% for three years (i.e. 2021, 2022 and 2023) from the year when it is recognized as a high-tech enterprise.
