Announcement on re passing the recognition of national high-tech enterprises

China Resources Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd(000999) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received the certificate of high tech enterprise (Certificate No.: gr202144202692) jointly issued by Shenzhen Science and technology innovation Commission, Shenzhen finance bureau, State Administration of Taxation and Shenzhen Taxation Bureau. The issuing date is December 23, 2021 and the validity period is three years.
According to the relevant provisions of the enterprise income tax law of the people’s Republic of China and the administrative measures for the recognition of high-tech enterprises, after passing the national recognition of high-tech enterprises again, the company can continue to enjoy the relevant preferential policies of the state on high-tech enterprises for three years from 2021 (i.e. 2021-2023), and pay the enterprise income tax at the tax rate of 15%. The company has paid enterprise income tax in advance at the tax rate of 15% in 2021.
