Announcement on the election of employees and supervisors of the company

The board of supervisors of Glarun Technology Co.Ltd(600562) (hereinafter referred to as the company) received the notice from the company’s labor union. In view of the expiration of the term of office of the eighth board of supervisors of the company, according to the relevant provisions of the articles of association, the labor union of the company organized and held a staff meeting on February 15, 2022, and elected Mr. Liu Zhenghua and Ms. Lu Fanglue as the staff supervisors of the ninth board of supervisors of the company for a term of three years. Liu Zhenghua, male, born in October 1976, is a probationary member of the Communist Party of China. He graduated from Nankai University with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He obtained a master’s degree in Business Administration from Hehai University and a senior accountant. He has successively served as the head of the general ledger accounting and cost group of the Finance Department of the 14th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Corporation, the science and Technology Secretary of the office, the deputy director and director of the Audit Department of the company, and now serves as the director of the discipline inspection, supervision and audit department and employee supervisor of the company.
Mr. Liu Zhenghua does not hold shares of the company.
