Announcement of resolutions of the first meeting of the ninth board of supervisors

1. The meeting of the board of supervisors was held in accordance with relevant laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, normative documents and the articles of association.
2. The notice and meeting materials of this meeting shall be delivered to all supervisors before the meeting.
3. This meeting was convened and presided over by Mr. Xu Bin, chairman of the board of supervisors. It was held in conference room 105 of the company, No. 39, Jiangjun Avenue, Jiangning Economic Development Zone, Nanjing on February 16, 2022. The voting was conducted by on-site combined with communication.
4. Five supervisors should attend the meeting, four supervisors attended the on-site meeting, and Gaopeng supervisor attended the meeting by means of communication.

The meeting deliberated and adopted the proposal on the election of the chairman of the board of supervisors.
According to the provisions of the articles of association, Mr. Xu Bin was elected as the chairman of the ninth board of supervisors of the company until the expiration of the ninth board of supervisors.
Xu Bin, male, born in July 1988, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He graduated from Xi’an Jiaotong University with a master’s degree in accounting. He is an accountant. He is now the deputy director of the functional department of the 14th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Corporation, Glarun Technology Co.Ltd(600562) Supervisor and chairman of the board of supervisors.
The voting result of the proposal is: 5 in favor, 0 against and 0 abstention.
