It is agreed that the company will use the temporarily idle self owned funds of no more than 200 million yuan to purchase financial products with high safety, good liquidity and low risk without affecting the normal operation and ensuring the safety of funds. The quota is valid for 12 months from the date of deliberation and approval by the board of directors and the board of supervisors. Within the scope of the above quota, the funds can be used on a rolling basis. On February 15, 2022, the company purchased China Merchants Bank Co.Ltd(600036) issued structured deposits with 30 million yuan of temporarily idle self owned funds, which is expected to be up to 3.1% annualized, with a purchase period of 30 days. It will be liquidated from February 16, 2022 to March 18, 2022; On February 15, 2022, the company purchased huitianfu money market fund issued by China Merchants Bank Co.Ltd(600036) huitianfu Fund Management Co., Ltd. with temporarily idle self owned funds of 23 million yuan. The maximum annualized rate of return is expected to be 2.4%. The purchase period is from February 15, 2021 and can be redeemed at any time.
