Announcement on the resignation of the company’s securities affairs representative

The board of directors of Shenzhen Bauing Construction Holding Group Co.Ltd(002047) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received a written resignation report submitted by Ms. Jin Shang, the representative of securities affairs. Ms. Jin Shang applied for resignation as deputy director of the office of the board of directors and representative of securities affairs for personal reasons. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Ms. Jin Shang did not hold shares of the company, and her resignation report shall take effect from the date of serving on the board of directors of the company.
After resigning from the above positions, Ms. Jin Shang will not hold any positions in the company and its holding subsidiaries. Ms. Jin Shang’s resignation will not affect the normal operation of the company. According to the relevant provisions of the Listing Rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the board of directors of the company will appoint qualified personnel as securities affairs representatives as soon as possible.
