Tianma Microelectronics Co.Ltd(000050) in 2022, corporate bonds (phase I) (hereinafter referred to as “current bonds”) will be publicly issued to professional investors, with an issuance scale of no more than 1.5 billion yuan (including 1.5 billion yuan) and a term of 3 years. On February 16, 2022, the issuer and the lead underwriter inquired about the coupon rate from professional investors offline, and the interest rate inquiry range was 2.60% – 3.60%. According to the inquiry results from offline professional investors, the issuer and the lead underwriter finally determined that the coupon rate of the current bond was 3.10%.
