The board of directors of Oriental Energy Co.Ltd(002221) (hereinafter referred to as "the company" or " Oriental Energy Co.Ltd(002221) ") recently received a written resignation report from Mr. Shao Yongjian. Mr. Shao Yongjian applied to resign as a director, member of the Remuneration Committee and deputy general manager of the company for family reasons. The original term of office expires on June 28, 2022. After this resignation, he will no longer hold any position in the company. According to relevant laws and regulations, Mr. Shao Yongjian's resignation report takes effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors of the company, and his resignation will not affect the normal operation of relevant work of the company. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Mr. Shao Yongjian held 7100 shares of the company.
