Announcement on resignation of supervisors

On February 14, 2022, the board of supervisors of Sealand Securities Co.Ltd(000750) (hereinafter referred to as the company) received a written resignation application from Ms. Jiang Manping, the supervisor. Due to job changes, Ms. Jiang Manping applied to resign as a supervisor of the ninth board of supervisors of the company. After her resignation, Ms. Jiang Manping did not hold any position in the company.
According to the company law and the articles of association of Sealand Securities Co.Ltd(000750) (hereinafter referred to as the articles of association), Ms. Jiang Manping’s resignation will cause the number of members of the board of supervisors to be lower than the quorum and the number specified in the articles of association. In order to ensure the normal operation of the board of supervisors, before the by elected supervisors take office, Ms. Jiang Manping will continue to perform the duties of supervisor of the company in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the articles of association. The board of supervisors of the company will elect new candidates for supervisors as soon as possible in accordance with legal procedures and submit them to the general meeting of shareholders for deliberation.
