Notice on receipt of the notice of China Securities Regulatory Commission on resumption of examination of administrative license application

Meig Smart Technology Co.Ltd(002881) (hereinafter referred to as the “company”) submitted the application documents for the company’s non-public offering of A-Shares (hereinafter referred to as the “non-public offering”) to the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the “CSRC”) on October 21, 2021, On October 27, 2021, it received the acceptance form of administrative license application issued by the CSRC, and on November 8, 2021, it received the notice of feedback on the examination of administrative license projects issued by the CSRC. Since ShineWing Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) employed by the company in this non-public offering of shares was filed for investigation by the CSRC due to its audit services for other companies, the company received the notice of suspension of examination of administrative license application issued by the CSRC, In accordance with the relevant provisions of item (III) of paragraph 1 of Article 22 of the provisions on the implementation procedures of administrative licensing of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the CSRC decided to suspend the examination of the company’s non-public offering of shares.
After meeting the conditions for submitting the application for resumption of examination, the company applied to the CSRC for resumption of the examination of the non-public offering of shares on January 28, 2022.
On February 15, 2022, the company received the notice on resumption of examination of administrative license application issued by the CSRC. The CSRC decided to resume the examination of administrative license application of the company’s non-public offering of shares in accordance with the relevant provisions of the provisions on administrative license implementation procedures of the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
Matters related to the company’s non-public offering of shares still need to be approved by the CSRC, which is still uncertain. The company will timely perform the obligation of information disclosure according to the review progress of the matter by the CSRC. Please pay attention to investment risks.
