1、 Basic information of applying to China Construction Bank Corporation(601939) for credit line and asset mortgage
On November 29, 2021, Renrenle Commercial Group Co.Ltd(002336) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) held the 20th (Interim) meeting of the Fifth Board of directors, deliberated and adopted the proposal on applying for credit line and asset mortgage from China Construction Bank Corporation(601939) .
The board of directors agreed that the company applied to China Construction Bank Corporation(601939) for a comprehensive credit line of no more than RMB 400 million to meet the daily operation capital needs. Xi’an gaolongsheng commercial operation management Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, provided mortgage guarantee for the credit with its own property and assumed joint and several guarantee responsibilities.

2、 Progress of application for credit line and mortgage of assets {6019}
1. Signing of relevant contracts
On January 30, 2022, the company signed the comprehensive financing quota contract with China Construction Bank Corporation(601939) Shenzhen Branch, and China Construction Bank Corporation(601939) Shenzhen Branch provided the company with a total comprehensive financing quota of up to 400 million yuan (currency).
On the same day, Xi’an gaolongsheng commercial operation management Co., Ltd. and China Construction Bank Corporation(601939) Shenzhen Branch signed the Xi’an real estate mortgage contract.
2. Collateral and mortgage registration
