1. Signing of the agreement
Recently, the company signed the capital increase agreement of Guangzhou sailfish Software Technology Co., Ltd. with sailfish technology, Wang Zhaofu and Guangzhou Qirui sharing technology partnership (limited partnership). Based on the audited financial data and evaluation results of sailfish technology in 2021, the transaction price of 17% shares of sailfish technology obtained by the company in this capital increase is determined to be 20.4 million yuan. After the capital increase is completed, Runjian Co.Ltd(002929) holds 51% equity of swordfish technology, which becomes a holding subsidiary of Runjian Co.Ltd(002929) and is included in the scope of consolidated statements.
