Xinjiang Daqo New Energy Co.Ltd(688303) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) held the 14th meeting of the second board of supervisors by means of communication in conference room D, block 29, Huadu building, No. 838 Zhangyang Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai on February 14, 2022. The notice of the meeting was sent to all supervisors by mail on February 11, 2022. Three supervisors should be present at the meeting, and three actually present. The meeting was convened and presided over by Mr. Zhang Jiliang, chairman of the board of supervisors.
