The board of directors of Zhejiang Renzhi Co.Ltd(002629) (hereinafter referred to as the “company”) received the letter of concern on Zhejiang Renzhi Co.Ltd(002629) issued by Shenzhen Stock Exchange on January 29, 2022 (company department concern letter [2022] No. 87) (hereinafter referred to as the “concern letter”), requiring the company to disclose the relevant instructions to the public before February 10, 2022.
After receiving the letter of concern, the company attached great importance to it and immediately organized relevant personnel of the company to study and discuss the issues involved in the letter of concern and reply. After applying to Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the company issued the announcement on the extension of reply to the letter of concern of Shenzhen Stock Exchange on February 10, 2022, and extended the reply date to February 16, 2022.
