The board of directors of Digital China Group Co.Ltd(000034) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received the resignation application of Ms. Xin Xin, chief financial officer, who applied to resign as chief financial officer of the company for personal reasons. In accordance with the company law, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, Ms. Xin Xin’s resignation application shall take effect from the date when it is delivered to the board of directors. After resigning, Ms. Xin Xin will serve as an investment consultant of the company and continue to serve as a director of a listed company. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Ms. Xin Xin holds 187500 shares of the company. After resignation, the shares held by Ms. Xin Xin will continue to be managed in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations such as the detailed rules for the implementation of share reduction by shareholders, directors, supervisors and senior managers of Listed Companies in Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
