The sixth meeting of the 10th board of supervisors of Digital China Group Co.Ltd(000034) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) issued a meeting notice to all supervisors by on-site delivery on February 13, 2022. The meeting was held on-site in the conference room of Digital Technology Plaza, No. 9, shangdijiu street, Haidian District, Beijing on February 15, 2022. There were 3 supervisors who should attend the meeting and 3 supervisors who actually attended the meeting. This meeting was presided over by Ms. Zhang Mei, chairman of the board of supervisors.
