Xinjiang Hejin Holding Co.Ltd(000633) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) the term of office of the 10th board of supervisors expires. According to the company law of the people’s Republic of China, the guidelines for the standardized operation of listed companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange and other relevant laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, normative documents and the relevant provisions of the articles of association, the 11th board of supervisors of the company will be composed of five supervisors, Three of them are employee representative supervisors, who are elected by the employee meeting of the company.
The company held the first staff meeting in 2022 on February 14, 2022, and made the following resolution by democratic vote: agree to elect Ms. Qiu Yue, Ms. Qu Jianqiong and Ms. Wang Jing as the staff representative supervisors of the 11th board of supervisors of the company. The above employee representative supervisors and two non employee supervisors elected by the company’s first extraordinary general meeting in 2022 will jointly form the 11th board of supervisors of the company, and the term of office is three years from the date of the resolution of the company’s first extraordinary general meeting in 2022.
