The term of office of the third board of supervisors of Leon Technology Co.Ltd(300603) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) has expired. In accordance with the provisions of the company law of the people’s Republic of China, the Listing Rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange on the gem, the guidelines for self-discipline supervision of listed companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange No. 2 – standardized operation of companies listed on the gem, the articles of association and other laws, regulations and normative documents, In order to ensure the normal operation of the board of supervisors, the company will conduct the general election of employee representative supervisors in accordance with relevant legal procedures. Recently, the company held a staff congress, at which Mr. Song Jian was elected as the staff representative supervisor of the Fourth Board of supervisors.

Mr. Song Jian and the non employee representative supervisors elected at the first extraordinary general meeting of the company in 2022 will jointly form the Fourth Board of supervisors of the company. The term of office starts from the date of deliberation and approval by the employee representative meeting to the expiration of the term of office of the Fourth Board of supervisors. After the general election, there is no situation that the directors, senior managers and their spouses and immediate family members of the company serve as the supervisors of the company during the term of office of the directors and senior managers of the company.
