The reply of China Securities Regulatory Commission on Approving the registration of China Greatwall Securities Co.Ltd(002939) public issuance of corporate bonds to professional investors (zjxk [2021] No. 1276) obtained by China Greatwall Securities Co.Ltd(002939) on April 14, 2021.
Since the bonds are issued across years, according to the naming convention of corporate bonds and with the consent of the competent department, the name of the bonds is changed from ” China Greatwall Securities Co.Ltd(002939) 2021 public issuance of corporate bonds to professional investors” to ” China Greatwall Securities Co.Ltd(002939) 2022 public issuance of corporate bonds to professional investors”. The bonds are issued in installments, and the bonds are renamed as ” China Greatwall Securities Co.Ltd(002939) 2022 public issuance of corporate bonds to professional investors (phase II)”.
The change of the name of the bonds will not change the validity of the legal documents originally signed related to the issuance of corporate bonds, and the relevant legal documents originally signed will continue to have legal effect on the renamed corporate bonds. The foregoing legal documents include but are not limited to: the trustee agreement for the public issuance of corporate bonds to professional investors in China Greatwall Securities Co.Ltd(002939) 2021 and the rules for the meeting of bondholders of corporate bonds to professional investors in China Greatwall Securities Co.Ltd(002939) 2021.
