With a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan, the project will be constructed in two phases and will mainly produce silicon carbide chips, Schottky diodes, silicon carbide MOSFETs and other products. Among them, the phase I investment is 500 million yuan, mainly invested in the 6-inch silicon carbide based power electronic chip production line, which can achieve an annual output of 60000 6-inch silicon carbide wafers.
